The Day of Treatment:
Gently blot the area with a clean tissue to absorb excess lymph fluid every 5 minutes for the full day until oozing has stopped. (Removing this fluid prevents thickening of the lymph fluid contributing to scabbing.)Days 1–5:
With CLEAN fingertips, gently wash the procedure area morning and night using a very light touch and antibacterial/unscented soap OR the aftercare cleansing solution provided. Rinse with water to ensure all soap is rinsed away.
Gently pat dry with a clean tissue. ***Avoid cleansing products containing acids (glycolic, lactic, or AHA) or any exfoliants.
Days 1–7: Moisturize
Apply a rice sized amount of aftercare ointment with a cotton swab, spreading it across the treated area. Do not to over-apply, as this can suffocate the skin and delay healing—the gel should be barely noticeable.Days 7 & beyond: Moisturize
Ghosting effect may happen, skin is regenerating overtop of PMU, it will reappear.
Moisturize using the aftercare product provided. If you have used it all in the first week, unscented Vaseline or shea butter.
Let any scabbing or dry skin naturally exfoliate away. **Picking can cause scarring or loss of colour.
Contact your artist if you notice excessive redness or swelling beyond day 3–5 or signs of infection (e.g., puss or fever) at any time.

Please see the Faqs continued below for explainations on:
“Ghosting”- why your PMU has disappeared
When to expect full results
Touch ups etc.
Risks
-
You can expect a “ghosting” stage while your pmu is healing.
This is because the skin is regenerating and conceals the pigment. It may look patchy or extremely faint around day 8-14.
In 3-6 weeks you will see pigment starts to settle into it’s final color and THEN you can see if touch ups are needed.
-
Immediately after the procedure the color will appear significantly darker and bolder due to surface pigment oxidation and scab formation but softens in 1–2 weeks.
The healed results will not be fully visible for 4 to 8 weeks.
-
All PMU procedures usually require at least two sessions.
Touch up sessions to fine-tune color, address missing spots or further balance the shape are typically scheduled 4–8 weeks after the initial session and are a separate fee.
Pigments will fade over time due to sun exposure, skin type, lifestyle, and natural skin shedding. Color may change or shift over time. (but pigment will always be in skin).
You can expect a touch up needed annually or bi-annually.
-
Wait 14 days before using products or makeup on or near the treated area to prevent irritation or infection.
Do not use makeup to cover treated area while healing.
AVOID:
Retinoids, Vitamin c, chemical exfoiliants, AHA, BHA, glycolic acid, lactic acid, exfoliants until fully healed

I understand that this is an elective cosmetic procedure and results are subjective and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
If you have an MRI scan within 3 months of your PMU discuss with your doctor prior.
There may be immediate or delayed allergic reaction to pigments. A negative allergy test result will not guarantee that you will not have an allergic reaction.
Contact your artist if you notice excessive redness or swelling beyond day 3–5 or signs of infection (e.g., puss or fever) at any time.
There are few effective methods for pigment removal.
Corneal abrasion and loss of eyelashes may occur during eyeliner procedures.
Potential risks include, but are not limited to, infection, allergic reaction to pigments or anesthetics etc., minor bleeding, swelling, bruising, redness, scarring, pigment discoloration, pigment migration.
NO GUARANTEES & SUBJECTIVE RESULTS
I understand that facial symmetry, bone structure, and skin texture vary. While every effort will be made to achieve optimal symmetry and desired shape, absolute perfection is impossible to guarantee.
I agree that I have reviewed and approved the preliminary shape, design, and color prior to the application of the permanent pigment.
AFTERCARE COMPLIANCE
I understand that failure to follow aftercare instructions (including picking scabs, exposing the area to sun/water prematurely, or applying unapproved products) can result in pigment loss, infection, or scarring, and will void any complimentary touch-up policies.
I understand the risks indicated above are only a few of what can occur.
